K Moments: Personalized Supportive Reflections
Kaleidoscope Moments, also known as K Moments, are brief personalized audio or video supports created in response to what you share about what you are feeling, carrying, or navigating. They offer small tokens of affirmation, grounding, stillness, encouragement, peace, empowerment, and care when something has thrown you off balance. Each K Moment is designed to help you pause, refocus, reconnect with your strength, and continue seeing your way forward. These are supportive and psychoeducational in nature.
How It Works
Step 1
Share your Experience
Complete a brief confidential request form and tell us what you're feeling, carrying, experiencing, or navigating. To help protect your privacy, you'll choose a creative, anonymous, non-identifying name instead of using your legal name. Keep in mind, no-one should be able to identify you by this name!
Step 2
You are Heard and Your Reflection Is Created
Your K Moment is thoughtfully created in response to what you share. Each personalized audio or video reflection is designed to offer encouragement, grounding, perspective, and support with care and intention.
Step 3
Receive It & Return To It
Your personalized K Moment will be delivered within 48–72 hours. Listen or watch whenever you need a reminder of your strength, a moment of grounding, or encouragement to keep moving forward.
