kDC Family Konnections

Sometimes families love deeply but do not know how to respond. They may feel confused by mood shifts, trauma responses, emotional intensity, shutdown, avoidance, impulsivity, sensory needs, or relationship patterns that feel painful or hard to understand. In that confusion, families may unintentionally say or do things that increase distress, trigger shame, escalate conflict, or create more distance.

KDC Family Konnections was created to help families slow down, learn, reflect, and respond differently. This group offers a supportive space for families to better understand complex mental health and neurodivergent experiences while learning practical tools for communication, de-escalation, boundaries, repair, and relational support.

This is a space for families who want to love with more awareness, support without control, and create healthier connections with the people they care about.
